Role Overview: As the HR Operations Manager, you will have a crucial responsibility of overseeing and optimizing the HR processes and operations within our organization. Your expertise will be vital in maintaining compliance, enhancing employee experience, and contributing to the overall success of the company. Responsibilities
+ Analyze and refine HR processes, policies, and procedures to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and compliance.
+ Implement best practices in HR operations and keep abreast of industry trends.
+ Oversee end-to-end employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, performance management, promotions, transfers, and offboarding.
+ Ensure seamless communication and coordination between HR and other departments.
+ Stay up to date with labor laws, regulations, and industry standards to ensure the organization's HR practices are compliant.
+ Monitor and maintain accurate employee records and documentation.
+ Gather and analyze HR metrics to provide insights for informed decision-making.
+ Handle complex employee relations matters with professionalism and sensitivity.
+ Collaborate with your team to address employee concerns and resolve issues.
Skills
+ Fluent in English and Arabic, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
+ Proven experience in HR operations within large companies.
+ Strong knowledge of HR practices, regulations, and compliance requirements.
+ Demonstrated leadership and team management skills.
+ Analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from HR data.
+ Proficiency in HRIS systems and other relevant software.
+ Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to handle sensitive situations with tact and diplomacy.
Qualifications
+ Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree is a plus.
+ 5-8 years of progressively responsible HR experience, preferably in a managerial role.
