As a Functional Architect, you will play a crucial role in analyzing and designing functional aspects of our logistics and supply chain solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create innovative and efficient systems that meet the ever-evolving needs of our clients. Responsibilities:
+ Analyze business requirements and develop functional designs that align with the company's overall strategy
+ Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to gather and refine functional requirements
+ Design and document functional specifications, ensuring accuracy and clarity
+ Develop prototypes and proof-of-concepts to validate functional designs and provide demonstrations to stakeholders
+ Identify and mitigate risks related to functional design and provide recommendations for improvement
+ Conduct regular reviews and assessments of existing functional architecture, making enhancements as needed
+ Collaborate with technical architects to ensure that functional designs align with technical requirements and constraints
+ Provide guidance and support to development teams throughout the implementation process
+ Participate in the testing and quality assurance activities to ensure that functional designs are successfully implemented
+ Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to incorporate best practices into functional designs
Requirements:
+ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
+ Proven experience as a Functional Architect or similar role in the logistics and supply chain industry
+ Strong understanding of logistics and supply chain processes, including procurement, inventory management, and transportation
+ Proficiency in functional design methodologies and tools
+ Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on attention to detail
+ Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
+ Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and deadlines
+ Experience with Agile development methodologies is a plus
+ Ability to adapt to changing priorities and requirements
+ Familiarity with enterprise architecture frameworks is preferred
