JASARA PMC is currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Interior Design Manager (Hospitality) to join our team. As the Interior Design Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the fit out and interior design process for our projects. You will work closely with clients, architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure the successful execution of high-quality fit out and interior design solutions.
In this role, you will be responsible for developing design concepts, coordinating with suppliers and vendors, managing project budgets and schedules, and ensuring compliance with all relevant codes and regulations. Your strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and attention to detail will contribute to the success of our projects and the satisfaction of our clients.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field 10 Years’ experience including 3 years’ experience on similar Projects with Middle East project experience
Extensive Hospitality Experience: Should have a robust hospitality industry background.
Hospitality Operator Experience: Prior experience as a hospitality operator is preferred, showcasing a comprehensive understanding of the operational aspects. Strong knowledge of fit out and interior design principles, materials, and construction techniques Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other design software Excellent project management and organizational skills Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with clients, architects, contractors, and other stakeholders Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities Familiarity with relevant codes, regulations, and industry standards Experience working on commercial and/or residential projects is preferred
Direct Client Communication:
Proficiency in direct communication with clients is essential for effective coordination and understanding of client requirements.
Interior Design Background:
Should have a solid foundation in interior design, enabling them to contribute creatively to projects.
Design-oriented with Material Knowledge:
A design-oriented mindset, expertise in materials, and familiarity with local market suppliers is highly desirable.
E
xperience with Top Tier Designers and Operators: Previous experience working with or for top-tier designers and operators is advantageous, indicating a high level of professionalism and industry knowledge.
