Estimating Engineer

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate and detailed cost estimates for construction projects in the oil and gas sector.
  
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to gather all the necessary information for estimates.
  
• Maintain and update a database of cost estimates and vendor pricing.
  
• Assist in value engineering and cost optimization efforts to ensure project affordability without compromising on quality.
  
• Participate in project review meetings and provide insights on cost management.
  

• Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering with a minimum of 8 years’ experience in the oil and gas industry.
  
• Proficient in cost estimation software and tools specific to the oil and gas industry.
  
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with an ability to work collaboratively in a diverse team environment.
  
• Must be available for a face-to-face interview in Istanbul.
  

• Advanced proficiency in cost estimation software and methodologies.
  
• Ability to interpret and analyze technical documents and project plans.
  
• Strong project management skills to oversee estimation processes.
  
• Knowledge of the latest industry trends, technologies, and regulations in the oil and gas sector.
  

• Fluency in English; proficiency in Turkish is advantageous.
  
• Willingness to relocate to the Eastern Province of Saudi Arabia.
  
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and under tight deadlines.
