Cybersecurity Manager

The Cybersecurity Manager will be responsible for building the Cybersecurity function from scratch.

Candidates must have experience in the Financial Services industry and exposure to SAMA/CMA cybersecurity regulations.

This role will be based in Riyadh.

The Cybersecurity Manager will be responsible for:
Establishing the Cybersecurity function from scratchDefining and implementing Cybersecurity strategy and roadmap; ensuring strategy is aligned with overall business objectivesCreating Cybersecurity policies, procedures and processesCybersecurity GRCCybersecurity defence and operationsManaging Cybersecurity budgetsSupporting Audit teams to complete cybersecurity auditsEnsuring cybersecurity is adherent with cybersecurity regulatory requirements such as NCA, SAMA, CMA, etc.Cybersecurity awareness programPresenting cybersecurity risks and updates to the Audit Committee and BoardRecruitment and management of cybersecurity team


Profile

The Cybersecurity Manager will be/have:
At least a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field of study (Master's is preferred)Relevant Cybersecurity certifications such as CISM, CISSP, CISA, etc.8+ years of Cybersecurity experience, of which at least 4 years must have been in a Cybersecurity leadership roleExperience in the Financial Services industryExperience in launching a cybersecurity function from scratchExcellent communications skills; able to interact with and present to senior C-suite stakeholdersStrong knowledge of Cybersecurity risks, technologies and mitigation strategiesStrong knowledge of Cybersecurity regulations in SaudiBased in/willing to relocate to RiyadhWilling to travel frequently to offices located globallyA Saudi national
