As a Customer Service Representative at Bayut KSA, your primary responsibility is to ensure unparalleled client satisfaction and support by acting liaison, provide product/services information, answer questions, and resolve any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency.

KEYRESPONSIBILITIES



● Respond to customer inquiries by phone call, email, or live chat with a high level of professionalism, clarity, and courtesy.
● Address and resolve customer complaints and concerns. Escalate appropriately when necessary.
● Ensure swift issue resolution by following up on customers’ complaints and inquiries and providing timely feedback to the customers to enhance customer satisfaction.
● Sustain a record of customer complaints, resolutions, and feedback to improve customer service processes and systems.
● Liaise with other departments in the organization to provide seamless follow-through on customers' needs.
● Provide assistance and guidance to clients throughout their interactions with Bayut KSA
● Generate sales leads.
● Maintain a thorough knowledge of Bayut's products, services, and offerings to address client inquiries effectively.
● Keep accurate records of client interactions, inquiries, and transactions using CRM software.
● Continuously seek opportunities to enhance the client experience and improve service delivery processes.
● Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
● Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
● Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas.
● Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.

Requirements



Qualifications
● Bachelor’s degree or a higher diploma in business administration, marketing, or a related field.

Experience



● Proven experience in customer service or sales, preferably in the real estate industry.
● Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English, with the ability to effectively interact with clients from diverse backgrounds.

Knowledge



● Demonstrated capability to provide supportive assistance to clients throughout their interactions with the company.
● Knowledge of real estate laws, regulations, and market trends in Saudi Arabia.
● Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software for managing client relationships.
● Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
● Detail-oriented with strong organisational and time management skills.
● Professional appearance and demeanor, with a customer-centric attitude.

● Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
● Ability to reception and welcome clients or guests warmly, creating a positive first impression.
