As a Civil Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of civil engineers and overseeing all civil engineering activities across multiple projects. You will play a key role in ensuring the successful delivery of projects, adherence to engineering standards, and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Provide leadership and guidance to a team of civil engineers and project staff. Oversee all aspects of civil engineering activities, including design, planning, construction, and quality control. Develop and implement effective project management strategies, including budgets, schedules, and resource allocation. Collaborate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction. Ensure compliance with engineering standards, codes, regulations, and industry best practices. Review and approve engineering designs, plans, and specifications. Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement timely and effective solutions. Provide technical expertise and guidance on complex civil engineering issues. Stay updated with advancements in civil engineering technology, methodologies, and industry trends.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field. Minimum of 15 years of experience in civil engineering, with extensive experience in project management. Proven experience in leading and managing a team of civil engineers. Strong knowledge of civil engineering practices, codes, and regulations. Demonstrated experience in successfully delivering large-scale civil engineering projects. Excellent leadership and communication skills. Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks.* Professional engineering license or equivalent certification.
