Sales Executive

A luxury retail company is seeking a highly experienced and knowledgeable individual to join their team as a Sales Associate. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in luxury watches and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for assisting customers in finding the perfect luxury watch, providing product knowledge, and ensuring a seamless and memorable shopping experience. The successful candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a deep understanding of luxury watch brands, and the ability to meet and exceed sales targets. Previous experience in luxury retail or a similar role is preferred.

Responsibilities:

1. Greet customers and provide them with a warm welcome
2. Assist customers in finding the perfect luxury watch based on their preferences and budget
3. Provide detailed product knowledge and information to customers
4. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster loyalty
5. Meet and exceed sales targets on a regular basis
6. Ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times
7. Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently
8. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a professional manner
9. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the luxury watch industry
10. Collaborate with the store team to achieve overall sales objectives
