POSITION TITLE: Field Consultant
DEPARTMENT NAME: Relocation/Immigration
REPORTS TO: Team Leader
POSITION PURPOSE: The Move One Field Consultant is a member of the immigration team
And is the primary point of Accountability for Move One's immigration clients in their assigned
destination:
RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES/FUNCTIONS TASKS:
Confirm receiving client’s request from Team Leader – 2 hours from receiving it
Asses the case based on existing documents and questionnaires and provide the client with immigration
scenarios and respective rates on the day received – 24 hours from receiving the initiation from the
Team Leader
Responding all client questions relate to the submitted immigration scenarios and within one business
day.
When work order is received- uploading work order in V3
Contacting the assignee (max 24 hours after work order is received) and clearly explaining the service to
be provided and any related procedures and time lines;
Verification of special needs, interests, or requirements with the assignee, customer and HR manager,
before and during the immigration service;
Provide clear guidance on the procedure, requirements, time lines, and documents required for the
process with indication on who provides documents, what is the format and what are the specific
requirements for each document.
Upon clarifying the procedure to be followed initiate the Field Consultant and place clear work order for
booking appointment with authorities
Announcing assignee and client about scheduled appointments with authorities and maintain contact
with all involved parties for managing to ensure proper attendance at the moment of application
Communicate with the Field Consultant on missing documents and communicating with
assignee/HR/client in order to make sure all necessary documents are provided
Recording vital service related information in V3 daily by completing comments, statuses, time-tracker,
costs other fields;
Uploading service related documents to V3 including permits copies, passports, corporate documents,
and all other documents received for application processing;
Providing clear and timely updates and service reports to any Move One clients for whom they are
providing services;
Tracking upcoming expiration dates in V3 and notifying the appropriate contact (Local HR,
Immigration Consultant or Team Leader) of any expiration date notices;
Immediately notifying their local Team Leader of any issues or challenges that may arise during an
assignment and documenting the issues/challenges in V3 and placing the service alert;
Monitor and control costs related to job performance
Cooperate with partner on job/service related payments arrangements and additional charges, in
addition to pre-approvals arrangements
Work effectively as a team contributor on all assignments;
Interact professionally with other employees, customers and suppliers;
Work independently while understanding the necessity for communicating and coordinating work
efforts with other employees and organizations.
Perform quality work within deadlines with or without direct supervision.
Other duties as assigned.
