Warehouse Lead

 As a Warehouse Lead in the dynamic HORECA industry, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our supply chain operations. Your responsibilities will revolve around overseeing warehouse activities, managing inventory, and coordinating with various departments to meet operational goals efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
   - Supervise daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and distribution of goods.
   - Implement and maintain efficient inventory management practices, including stock rotation and accurate record-keeping.
   - Lead and motivate warehouse staff to achieve performance targets and maintain high productivity levels.
   - Collaborate with purchasing and procurement teams to ensure adequate stock levels while minimizing excess inventory.
   - Coordinate with logistics partners to optimize transportation and delivery schedules.
   - Implement safety protocols and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the warehouse.
   - Conduct regular audits to assess inventory accuracy and identify areas for improvement.
   - Streamline warehouse processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
   - Train and onboard new warehouse staff members.
   - Address any issues or concerns raised by warehouse team members promptly and effectively.

Qualifications:
   - Bachelors in Supply chain or related field
   - Proven experience in warehouse management or a similar role, preferably in the HORECA industry.
   - Strong leadership and communication skills.
   - Proficiency in inventory management software and MS Office applications.
   - Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to warehouse operations.
   - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
   - Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
