About the job HR Service Executive-Quetta-(H-224-03)
Job Description:
- Prepare recruitment packs and plan the completion of onboarding formalities.
- Enter information of Newly Hired Staff in People-i. Collect filled recruitment kits for sending to Head Office.
- Receiving of Field staff leave request through emails, WhatsApp and written form.
- Compile daily attendance, maintain leave record/accrued leave balance of the outsource staff. Visit Training Venues on date of training to facilitate and record attendance
- Facilitate staff members in filling out/preparation of insurance documents/claims; collect the completed documents for onward sharing with CR Department at HO.
- Verification of resignations from the concerned supervisor
- Conduct locality verification of newly outsource staff when and where needed.
- Initiation of Resignation query in the system
Qualification: BBA/MBA or Equivalent
Experience: 3-4 years of relevant Experience
