DescriptionThe Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) Executive is responsible for developing and overseeing the policies and procedures within our organization to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, contractual agreements and internal controls. This role involves managing risks, enforcing compliance, and ensuring the organization's governance frameworks align with regulatory and ethical standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive risk management strategies and processes to ensure a proactive approach to risk management.
- Conduct regular risk assessments to identify potential risks to the organization and recommend mitigation strategies.
- Oversee the development and implementation of the organization's compliance programs to ensure adherence to legal and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor compliance with laws, regulations, contractual agreements and internal policies through regular audits and reviews.
- Prepare and present reports on compliance activities and risks to senior management and relevant stakeholders.
- Collaborate with different departments to create a cohesive GRC framework that aligns with the organization's objectives and operations.
- Train and educate staff on compliance regulations and the importance of risk management.
- Stay updated with changes in regulatory environments and adjust compliance programs accordingly.
- Manage relationships with external regulators and advisors.
- Handle the resolution of compliance issues and investigations into regulatory concerns or violations.

Requirements- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Relevant certifications such as Lead auditor / implementor, CRISC, or CISA are preferable.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in compliance, risk management, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of industry practices and professional standards.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
- Proven leadership skills and the ability to manage cross-functional teams.
