Position Title: Business Development Manager

Timings: 07:00pm - 4:00am

Department: Business Development

Location: Ikonic, Plot # 176, Korang Road, near Rahat Bakers, I-10/3, Islamabad

Position Purpose:
We are looking to hire an experienced Business Development Manager who possesses the skills required to bring on new clientele. The ideal candidate must have confidence and experience to conduct meetings with US potential customers, as well as should possess consultative selling skills to engage potential customers in accordance to their needs and how our services can provide a solution for them. He/She will be responsible for generating leads through Linkedin, Upwork and email outreach.

Education & Professional Qualification:
  • Degree(s)/Major(s): Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or similar field
  • Certification(s): Not mandatory, but certification in a relevant field is a plus.
Experience:


  • 2 years to 5 Years proven work experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities:
  • Drive business growth by leveraging online portals such as Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer, etc., and actively seek opportunities for expansion.
  • Identify strategic job opportunities and lead the development of compelling proposals tailored to client needs.
  • Analyze client requirements thoroughly and provide accurate estimates to ensure project viability and profitability.
  • Proactively seek out and capitalize on new business opportunities, aligning with client needs and acquisition strategies.
  • Oversee project pricing, quote preparation, and proposal creation, maintaining effective communication with clients throughout the process.
  • Utilize LinkedIn and other marketing tools to generate leads, build relationships, and enhance business development efforts.
  • Manage the recruitment and development of team members, ensuring alignment with project goals and objectives.
  • Gather and analyze project business requirements, effectively transferring knowledge to the development team to ensure successful project execution.
  • Take a proactive role in enforcing project deadlines and schedules, managing resources effectively to ensure project success.
  • Conduct client meetings through voice/video calls to foster strong relationships, address project needs, and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Strategically manage cold email campaigns to nurture leads and maintain client engagement.
  • Ensure documentation is completed according to standard operating procedures, maintaining accuracy and consistency.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement and innovation within the team and organization.


Requirements
  • Experience in business development or a related field, preferably in a managerial capacity.
  • Proven track record of successfully generating business through online platforms such as Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer, etc. Ability to generate new leads, identify and contact decision-makers, and screen potential business opportunities.
  • Strong ability to identify suitable job opportunities, craft compelling proposals aligned with client needs and company objectives, and support deal structure and pricing with business value analysis. Negotiate prices for proactive bids and proposals.
  • Demonstrated experience in analyzing client requirements, providing accurate estimates, maintaining effective communication throughout the project lifecycle, and conducting client meetings through voice/video calls to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Proven ability to explore and cultivate new business opportunities, understand client requirements and acquisition strategies, utilize LinkedIn and other marketing tools for lead generation and networking.
  • Experience in managing and developing a team, ensuring alignment with project goals and objectives, solid knowledge of sales management and B2B sales pipeline management.
  • Strong project management skills, including the ability to gather and analyze project requirements, enforce deadlines, manage resources effectively, and follow instructions clearly and accurately within a timely fashion.
  • Excellent research, prospecting, and sales planning skills. Analyze marketing trends, stay up to date with the latest technology and best practices.
  • Proficiency in documenting information according to standard operating procedures, maintaining accuracy and consistency. Attention to detail in proposal writing, drafting business proposals, and all aspects of business development.
  • Exceptional communication, time management, and multi-tasking skills. Superior writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
