Position Overview
Renewals executive is the key to ensuring recurring revenue. Responsible will help the Customer Success Team improve efficiency, simplify operations, and streamline renewals discussions with customers bringing company AR under 90 days.
Responsibilities
As aRenewals Executive, your duties will include:
- Enhance customer retention through proactive planning, management, and execution of the renewals with customers and Finance team
- Own and drive the renewals process in collaboration with Sales, Customer Success, and Finance.
- Facilitate payment of invoices due by sending reminders and contacting clients
- Identify and manage renewal risks and expansion opportunities, maintaining accurate forecasts of upcoming renewals
- Be accountable for organizational KPIs, on-time renewals, and customer satisfaction
- Work on projects and initiatives both within and across the team
Minimum Requirements
- Able to establish rapport, trust, and credibility with customers
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Customer service orientation and negotiation skills
- Keen attention to detail

- Related sales or related customer experience (examples SDR, BDR, sales ops, CSM)
- 4-year degree or 1+ years of equivalent work experience
