Job Description

  1. Proven experience as Expeditor (at least 2 years)
  2. Experience in customer service will considered an advantage.
  3. Knowledge of laws, regulations and ISO requirements.
  4. Ability to work with minimal supervision and track multiple processes.
  5. Computer-savvy with a working knowledge of logistics software (ERP).
  6. Outstanding organisational and coordination abilities.
  7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  8. Diploma/Graduate in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or another relevant field.
  1. Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations.
  2. Ensure premises, assets and communication ways are used effectively.
  3. Use logistics’ IT to optimise procedures.
  4. Supervise orders and arrange stocking of raw materials and equipment to ensure needs are met.
  5. Communicate with suppliers, retailers, customers etc. to achieve profitable deals and mutual satisfaction.
  6. Plan and track the shipment of final products according to customer requirements.
  7. Keep logs and records of warehouse stock, executed orders etc.
  8. Prepare accurate reports for upper management.
