Position overview:
Reporting directly to the Plant Project & Quality Coordinator, our future PPAP Quality engineer will have as main mission to pilot the quality aspects of the project from the prototype till the post lunch phases.
Your missions:
Review in plant, manufacturing prototype parts and follow up with the customer performance during these prototype phases. Coordinate PPAP process, compile PPAP information and submit PSW on the product estimated date during engineering changes, launches or when required by the customer Participate on process-FMEA Conduct PPAP activities planning and customer specific requirements. Update information on time to Profile Creation of control plan Implement the operator instructions (selfcontrol) for the new projects. Follow the PPAP checklist and the open issues. Fulfill Lear’s Environmental and Quality Policies and Procedures Consultation of customer portal or B2B portal Customer's KPI monitoring through B2B/portal or standard communications Project milestones follow up and PPAP validation.
To be successful for this role:
University degree – Electrical, Industrial Engineering 1-2 years experience Customer oriented .Detail oriented with organization skills Analytical and problem solving skills
Language Skills:
French. English
