Job Description

  • Lead all aspects of financial operations, including management of financial resources, treasury activities, and long-term strategic planning.
  • Collaborate closely with senior leadership and board members to drive financial performance and ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Provide guidance and oversight in financial decision-making processes, drawing on extensive experience in financial management.
  • Utilize strong leadership skills to foster a collaborative and high-performing finance team environment.
  • Oversee treasury operations, ensuring efficient management of cash flow, investments, and financial risk.
  • Develop and implement strategic financial plans to support the organization's growth objectives.
  • Communicate financial insights and recommendations effectively to stakeholders, including executive leadership and external partners.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance financial processes and optimize resource allocation.
  • Maintain compliance with relevant financial regulations and industry standards.
  • Act as a strategic partner to senior management, offering insights and analysis to support informed decision-making.
  • Foster a culture of accountability and excellence within the finance team.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; CPA preferred.
  • Minimum of 15 years of relevant experience with large organizations, including at least 5 years in a similar role.
  • Proven experience in the manufacturing industry.
  • Experience in external audit is advantageous.
  • Demonstrated track record of success in financial management, treasury operations, and strategic planning.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively with senior leadership and the board.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of effectively conveying complex financial information.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, make swift and accurate decisions, and develop and execute strategic visions.
  • Fluent in both Arabic and English (French proficiency is a plus).
