Job Description

Sales Rep increase sales, market share, company profitability and customer satisfaction by working with the customers, contractors, architects, and designers in choosing from a wide variety of natural stone and other materials.

Responsible for selling products and meeting customer needs. They ensure that the customer is satisfied and adequately taken care of while making a purchase.

Answers customer's questions about merchandise. Assists customers with purchase decisions.Places special orders. Collects payment using the store point of sale system.

Skills

  • In-depth knowledge to convert leads into a final customer, thereby contributing to the company revenue.
  • Adept at communicating with the in-house team, clients, and management through formal documentation and discussions.
  • Ability to implement the 'customer first' approach by providing a personalized and convenient sales pitch.
  • A high level of focus on driving sales with consistent performance and teamwork.
  • Apt in dealing with clients and engagingly presenting product data for potential leads.
  • Strong negotiation skills.
