Job Description
A multinational Food & Beverage company in Kuwait is looking to hire a production manager that is Based in Kuwait , with the following responsibilities:
- Prepare & review production plan (weekly & daily) with Plant manager.
- Responsible for day-to-day production activity (Lines & Utilities) and control of production staff - manpower
- Follow up IMS & accomplish set goals & objectives efficiencies under IMS program.
- Organize maintenance with the maintenance manager and with other staff as per the maintenance program.
- Maintain production records and manuals
- Monitor raw materials & coordinate Incoming material inspection with Logistic staff.
- Responsible for safe operation for production staff and equipment, implementing and following safety programs and procedures.
