Partner Market Account Manager Middle East:

Role Overview:


  • As a Partner Market Account Manager for Sabre Partners in Middle East, you will be responsible for building and nurturing strong relationships with our network of partners in Middle East to drive mutual beneficial results. This role is primary an operational role with closely tied to commercial results.  
  • Serving as a primary operational contact with the Sabre Customers and Partners, you will work closely with Sabre partners to ensure all support available is delivered and collaborate on opportunities to drive business and grow Market share.
  • Collaborate with Sabre Partners to understand their needs, proactively consulate them on ways to bridge the gap and Coordinate with various internal teams to address challenges and improve customer experience. 
  • The ideal candidate will have a strong background in account management, a deep understanding of Sabre internal process and matrixes across the organization to ensure the quickest path to solutions are found when needed.
  • Job involves efficient time management distribution with approximately 40% for planning 40% for execution & 20 % problem solving.


Role and Responsibilities:


  • Align sales strategy for growth and revenue generation for new and existing business, which includes renewals, new sales efforts, and share shifting opportunities across the marker territory
  • Evolve annual territory sales strategy and execution; perform ongoing market landscape analysis and market research to identify top opportunities and risk
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with Sabre partners, serving as their main point of contact for all inquiries, support, and coordinate across multiple internal stake holders PTC, Delivery, Support, Finance
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the streamlined running of Sabre partners across all Sabre contacts, including Finance, Products, and other relevant departments, to facilitate efficient communication and coordination.
  • Ensure pipeline administration, including tracking sales leads, opportunities, and forecasts, to provide visibility into the sales pipeline and support strategic decision-making.
  • Participant in Weekly Sales Meetings to support identify opportunities for business expansion and growth within the Sabre Partners network, working closely with partners and even engage with Sabre customers  to capitalize on these opportunities and coordinate upwards with Sabre to raise opportunities and risks .
  • Support the Regional Director to conduct regular business reviews with Sabre partners (weekly calls, Bi-monthly reviews & QBRs) to assess performance, address challenges, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Coordinate with various teams within Sabre’s finance organization to ensure timely billings and payout.
  • Co-ordinate product training and support to Sabre partners as needed, ensuring they have the necessary knowledge and resources to effectively sell and support our solutions.
  • Coordinate with Regional Director to monitor market trends and competitor activity within the travel industry, providing insights and recommendations to drive strategic initiatives and enhance our competitive position.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement marketing and promotional campaigns targeted at Sabre partners and their customers.
  • Support Regional Director Prepare and present regular reports on key performance metrics, including sales performance, market share, and partner satisfaction, to internal stakeholders.


Qualifications, Experience and Skills:


  • 3-5 years of account management and/customer success experience.
  • Excellent communication skills, written & verbal.
  • Fluent in Arabic and English
  • Proactive & Strong customer facing and presentation skills.
  • Well experience with strong understanding of distribution channels, travel agencies and GDS and partner management best practices.
  • Strategic & Data analytic skills, to identify and accordingly develop plans to capture business opportunities.  
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on driving performance and achieving business objectives.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Extensive understanding of market landscape, including knowledge of key players, knowledge of the competitive landscape, key trends, opportunities, and challenges
  • Proven experience selling and driving negotiations to a successful close
  • Passion and success managing and growing a sales organization
  • Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams within a global matrix organization, with strong capabilities to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Professional presence and business acumen with articulate and persuasive oral and written communication skills
  • Critical thinking skills with the ability to anticipate potential issues and suggest creative alternatives to overcome barriers
  • Strong knowledge of the travel/hospitality markets and/or enterprise software space
