ظيفة شاغرة: مدير مالي - مستشفى خاص في عمان، الأردن
نحن نبحث عن مدير مالي متميز للانضمام إلى فريقنا في مستشفى خاص صغير في عمان، الأردن. هذا الدور يتطلب شخصاً يمتلك خبرة قوية في المجال المالي ويستطيع إدارة الأمور المالية بكفاءة عالية.
المسؤوليات الأساسية:
- إدارة العمليات المالية والحسابية للمستشفى.
- إعداد ومراجعة التقارير المالية والميزانيات وتحليل البيانات المالية.
- تطوير وتحسين الأنظمة المالية والإجراءات.
- إدارة فريق الحسابات والمالية.
- العمل بشكل وثيق مع الإدارة العليا لتعزيز كفاءة وفعالية الأداء المالي للمستشفى
- Monitor and review accounting and related system reports for accuracy and completeness.
- Assist with monthly closings procedures. - Assist with tax computations & returns.
- Assist the yearly external audit of the company. Able to handle the auditor’s
- Formulate general ledger and closing reports by imputing in-depth details of the firm's transactions.
- Publish financial statements in time.
- Follow the standard operating procedure of national and state finance laws strictly.
Skills
درجة البكالوريوس في المحاسبة، المالية، أو مجال ذو صلة.
خبرة لا تقل عن 15سنوات في دور مالي قيادي، يفضل أن تكون في القطاع الصحي.
معرفة ممتازة ببرامج ERP وقدرة على إنشاء وإدارة شجرة الحسابات.
مهارات تحليلية قوية وقدرة على التعامل مع البيانات المالية بدقة.
مهارات تواصل وقيادة ممتازة.
- Enthusiastic candidate with an Accounting background, ready to tackle the challenges in the core Finance domain.
- Knowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting, and cost control principles.
- Proven command of negotiation skills to build long-lasting partnerships with clients.
- Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills.
- Ability to prepare detailed and accurate reports within the given timeframe as per requirements.
- Ability to handle relevant software like Microsoft Suite for efficient preparation of reports and statements.
