Vice President, Cyber Operations Engineer

Overview

Join our global team of cyber security experts, protecting our business and developing exciting capabilities on the frontline of cyber defense. The Cyber Monitoring VP will be part of the Cyber Operations team that is responsible for monitoring and investigating alerts created in ServiceNow to identify potential incidents and handling of Security Incidents. The individual will be required to work closely with other members of the Cyber Operations team to ensure the successful delivery of the alert monitoring, triage, and escalation. Specifically, the Cyber Monitoring VP will have the following key responsibilities:

• Engage as the subject matter expert of ServiceNow SIR Platform and set technical direction, leading the development team to implement solutions for ServiceNow SIR

  
  

• Configure,  develop customizations and integrations in ServiceNow SIR

  
  

• Understand the process used by the Cyber Operations team to enable them to fully utilize ServiceNow

  
  

• Ensure the best practices and standards are met during the development

  
  

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate ServiceNow solutions with other enterprise systems and applications.

  
  

• Lead the diagnoses and troubleshooting of production application issues.

  
  

• Create and maintain API and data integrations between ServiceNow and other services

What the ideal candidate looks like:

• Bachelors with 8+ years of IT experience.

  
  

• 6+ years of related experience in ServiceNow, programming JavaScript, configuring complex integrations, and implementation of SecOps.

  
  

• Experience working in a DevSecOps environment

  
  

• System integration experience using web services and other web-based technologies such as XML, HTML, AJAX, CSS, HTTP, REST/SOAP.

  
  

• Experience with development, customization, and administration of multiple components of ServiceNow in adherence to best practices, standards, and governance processes for ServiceNow.

  
  

• Experience working in the SIR module of ServiceNow

  
  

• Action-oriented attitude and willingness to roll up sleeves.

  
  

• Excellent teamwork skills with an ability to also work independently
