Responsibilities :

• Ensure Safe & Efficient Operation Management in the Assigned Shift by leading the shift team comprising of Different Location Operators, Jr Operators, Maintenance Team Technicians & Electricians, Housekeeping helpers, Loader & other equipment Operators & Drivers Etc.
• Ensure Safe Operation & Upkeep of the plant by ensuring strict adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) / Work Instructions (W.I.), Risk Assessment for all Routine as well as Non-Routine Jobs, Toolbox Talks, Lockout Tag Out, Permit Issuance & Authorization as per defined procedures.
• Ensure necessary Documentation / Generation of Reports regularly.
• Undertake & participate in continual improvements/projects/productivity improvement aspects / operational cost reduction with a Proactive Approach.
• Ensure implementation of Site / Plant Integrated Management System Implementation.
• Participate / Lead in cross-functional EHS Audits & Inspections to ensure Zero Harm to Environment, Health, Safety & Wellness.
• Ensure coordination with the Client’s Representatives for Input Material & Output Production.
• Ensure adherence to defined Quality Parameters by inspections or Lab Analysis as necessary for Operational Activities.
• Reporting / Supporting the Operation Manager in achieving the Set Plant Operational Key Performance Indicators.

• Education
  • B.Tech Mechanical / Electrical Engineering/ Mineral Beneficiation, Geology Graduate
  • Diploma Engineers
  • Add-on Qualification on Safety is an advantage.
  • Exposure to Integrated Management Systems (ISO 9001:2015; ISO 14001 : 2015 & ISO 45001: 2018 / OH&S Management ) is an advantage
• Experience
  • 6-8 years of Experience in Steel / Cement / Ferrochrome / Any Process Plant Operation in a lead role. ditional Skill Sets of Maintenance will be given due consideration.
• Proficient in English, Hindi & Telugu Language.
• Should be well versed with MS Office Suite & Oracle/ SAP Applications.
