We are seeking those who have a passion for using data, analytics, and insights to drive decision making, that will allow us to tackle some of the world’s greatest health threats.Within our commercial Insights, Analytics, and Data organization we are transforming to better power decision-making across our end-to-end commercialization process, from business development to late lifecycle management.In this capacity, this role will help HHDDA realize the aspiration for the Operational Excellence capability. This individual will help in driving Operational Excellence towards new ways of working through innovation and automation.Specifically, the HHDDA Operational Excellence (OE) SharePoint & Power Apps developer will:
  • ​Support HHI expansion to new regions as part of portfolio ops under operational excellence, support/execute budget and vendor management for teams within HHDDA
  • Monitor budget, planning and execution of forecast cycles as per the enterprise processes
  • Create PR/POs, submit accruals, update project systems (NWAs)
  • Execute operational excellence vendor management program and strategies
  • Lead monthly budget reviews with leadership teams and provide recommendations
  • Perform analysis on budget spent vs actuals in an innovative way to provide spending trends
  • Identify risk and opportunities
  • Conduct gap analysis and provide recommendations
  • Develop budgets, track forecasts and actuals
  • Leverage automation and robust tools to deliver on goals
  • Develop and document best practices, processes, and framework to achieve standardization and streamlining across various initiatives/programs/projects and various tools/technologies
  • Collaborate with the OE team to brainstorm and execute processes improvements.
Required Skills/Experiences
  • Bachelor’s degree with experience in IT and data and analytics business & portfolio operations; Master’s degree is a plus
  • 8-10 years of proven experience in budget and vendor management with expertise/working knowledge of tools like SAP, Ariba, Clarity
  • Ability to multi-task and provide quick solutions
  • Ability to analyze data and understand trends
  • Worked across Global teams and multiple stakeholders
  • Executive communication skills, and ability to synthesize program status, risks, and interdependencies
  • Proficient with Microsoft Suite (including Visio), Teams, and SharePoint; Jira, Confluence is a plus
  • Expertise in excel for analysis
  • Experience with analytical tools like power BI or others is a plus
  • Demonstrated ability to solution, anticipate and be proactive.
