Specialist, Customs and Logistics

Description of the Job- Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 

• Performs all Procedures, Protocols, Instructions, Standards and Plans set out by the EYS within the framework of the company's integrated policies, acts in accordance with the "Code of Conduct and Code of Ethics" and "TPI Management Principles and Ethical Decision-Making System,
• Follows, implements and ensures compliance with instructions, procedures and notifications on health, safety, environment and security,
• Ensures that the objectives and targets within the scope of the EYS policy are achieved,
• Ensures corrective and preventive measures at his/her unit when necessary,
• Ensures the execution of activities under the department in compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 Management Systems,
• Attends risk management activities and informs his/her manager on possible elements of risk,
• Prepares monthly and weekly department reports,
• Defines import and export operations and procedures and checks and ensures compliance of operations with these procedures.
• Manages IMS operations,
• Follows up the regulations applicable to customs operations and updates the processes as required,
• Makes the annual performance meetings with his/her staff and works on annual objectives and motivation of the department,
• Calculates MCO, ECO and new project logistics costs,
• Ensures compliance with the timeline while implementing a new project.
• Is responsible for the implementation and improvement of the 5S cleanliness and order system in their areas of responsibility,

Education

Diploma/Engineering

Work Experience

   Minimum 3 years of experience 

Foreign Language/Grade

English (Good)
