Job Description

  • Minimum 6 - 8 years’ experience in Service/Retrofit industry.
  • 80% on site & 20% office based work.
  • Proficient in customer handling with good communication skill.
  • In depth technical knowledge in IBMS portfolio and security systems
  • Maintaining SLA( response & resolution time) for assigned contracts
  • Handling commercial activities like cost management, PO placing & vendor management for assigned jobs
  • Driving revenue & collection for assigned jobs & completion of extension/migration job within timeline
  • Willing to travel.
  • AR collection and timely billing.
  • Monthly achievement of NPS and CSAT service feedback. 
  • Service Retrofit knowledge for project completion on time
  • Required qualification of BE/B-tech in (Electronics/Electronics and telecommunication and Instrumentation)
