Overview Main Purpose of Job Implementing ISCP for daily scheduling in line with Demand Planning & Material Planning Ensure uninterrupted raw material and packaging material supplies to Plant Managing 3P WH for FG, Transportation negotiation and within budget to ensure timely delivery of FG to CFAs, Distributors and Plants. Coordinate with Global Procurement Team and Supply Planning team for production planning and Raw material planning RM and PM planning for all the co-packs and ensuring volume delivery Responsibilities Accountabilities. Driving the Supply Chain Processes and efficiencies at the plant and co-pack operation Co-ordination, Supply planner and manufacturing teams for ensuring production plan compliance. Support development and implementation of strategies/ plan to improve supply chain process capability Ensure non-stop supply of raw materials to manufacturing & finished goods materials to 3P warehouse in a timely & cost-effective manner. Ensure compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley (SOx) legislation and perform all the roles and responsibilities as a control owner for 12C processes and implementation and adherence of Global Controls Standards Provide support to Plant manager to design Functional strategic plan & AOP. Supply Chain Planning, Production Scheduling: Make the production schedule in ISCP Inbound Material Planning, review and Call ups and PO for plant and co packer. Maintaining Optimum inventory in line with No raw material/ finished goods stock out. Design consumption plan for stock to achieve zero write off. Driving daily production compliances at the factory and co-packs. Stock Norms setting and warehouse capacities. Inventory management within norms. Daily and timely compliance reporting. Coordinate with supply chain function in HO to drive efficiencies at the factory, Warehouse and co-packs Monthly inventory verification by department and quarterly through third party audits at FG Godown. Contributing towards effectiveness of own department Participating actively in team meetings to analyse short falls, problems, concern areas with others and developing action plans Implementing action plans Understanding, supporting, and resolving problems of team members Developing and maintaining service orientation in the department Providing inputs to the manager in developing the AOP. Learning continuously and upgrading own abilities Seeking feedback from team members and seniors Reflecting on own competencies and possible gaps Setting learning goals Monitoring implementation of these goals Continuously updating knowledge from external environment Operating effectiveness of controls, quarterly testing and documentation retention of control testing and execution, engage in process risk assessment to identify risk and adequacy of mitigating controls, Annual certification of GCS Controls Qualifications Key Skills/Experience Required. Education: MBA (Supply Chain Management/ Operations) Functional Experience: Approx. 5 – 7 years of experience Language: English, Hindi/Marathi At least 10-12 years of Supply Chain experience in a FMCG industry (preferably food industry) Profiency in SAP and Material Planning Software Systems
