Job Description

Amazon is looking for a Sr. Business Development Manager to scale the Amazon Pay Rewards program among internal and external advertisers. This individual will be the ambassador for the Rewards program, driving key metrics such as onboarding brands and categories onto the program, driving adoption of rewards capabilities among the advertisers, driving key business objectives efficiently. This leader will also be responsible for monetizing this service, through conceptualizing, pitching and executing various revenue models.
This role has direct exposure to senior leaders in Amazon and requires highly developed thought-leadership, ability to pitch new concepts to senior stakeholders, great analytical skills, relationship management and strategic negotiation skills. This role is based in Bangalore.
Key job responsibilities
1. Onboarding and scaling Rewards among internal and external advertisers
2. Drive key business objectives efficiently for stakeholders
3. Monetize the Amazon Pay Rewards platform, driving profitability at an org level
4. Set up and streamline processes for onboarding, advertiser engagement, post campaign reconciliation and invoicing
5. Drive product roadmap and prioritization basis advertiser needs and competitive requirements

- 6+ years of professional or military experience
- MBA
- Experience in developing, negotiating and executing business agreements
- Experience influencing multiple stakeholders and leading cross functional teams across geographies and business units
- Experience working with technical and product stakeholders to define requirements, prioritize features, and influence product roadmaps
