Job Description: Receptionist Position: Receptionist Experience: Fresher to 2 years Salary: 6k - 7k for Fresher / 12k for experienced Work Timing: 9:00 am to 5:00 pm Working Days: 6 days
Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors professionally.
Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate persons or departments.
Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
Provide information to visitors regarding company facilities and services.
Assist visitors with inquiries and direct them to the appropriate personnel.
Manage visitor sign-in and sign-out processes.
Assist with administrative tasks such as sorting and distributing mail, filing, and photocopying.
Coordinate and schedule appointments and meetings.
Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
Relay messages and information accurately and promptly to relevant parties.
Respond to emails and inquiries professionally and on time.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
Assist with coordinating events, meetings, and conferences as needed.
RequirementsHigh school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in a similar role preferred but not mandatory.
Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Skills Required: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Professional demeanor and appearance.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
