Salary Range: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quantity Surveyor (Civil) to join our team in Chennai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in subcontractors billing, vendor management, and quantity surveying, with more than 12 years of experience in the construction industry, particularly in residential and commercial buildings. This role requires a proactive individual who is capable of mobilizing subcontractors and labor, managing site visits, and ensuring project progress through effective vendor sourcing and management

• Manage subcontractors billing and ensure timely and accurate payments.
  
• Mobilize subcontractors and labor, ensuring adequate resources for project completion.
  
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, resolve issues, and maintain vendor relations.
  
• Utilize MS Office tools, especially PowerPoint and AutoCAD, for project management and presentations.
  
• Perform client billing and demonstrate knowledge in Bar Bending Schedule (BBS).
  
• Conduct quantity surveying, estimation, rate analysis, and ensure financial project efficiency.
  
• Ensure project targets are met through effective vendor sourcing, management, and innovative strategies.
  

• More than 12 years of experience in the construction industry, with a focus on residential and commercial buildings.
  
• Proven experience in subcontractors billing, quantity surveying, and vendor management.
  
• Proficient in MS Office applications, particularly PowerPoint, and AutoCAD.
  

• Excellent vendor management and follow-up skills.
  
• Strong communication and coordination abilities to manage site/vendor issues effectively.
  
• Ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced environment.
  
• Target-driven, with the capability to ensure work progress through innovative solutions.
  
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on detail and accuracy.
  

• Male candidates with a two-wheeler are preferred for site visits.
  
• Candidates should have a stable work history, ideally with a minimum tenure of 2 to 3 years per company.
  
• Patient, eager to learn, and proactive in communication, with the ability to satisfy all superiors.
  

• Candidates with a total work experience of 7 years are preferred, though not mandatory.
  
• Must be willing to undertake regular site visits and have the flexibility to meet project demands.
