Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and manage inventory based on sales forecasts and production requirements.
  
• Implement and maintain cost-effective manufacturing processes, including time studies and tooling adjustments.
  
• Prepare and release weekly production plans, ensuring timely completion of projects.
  
• Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly production levels and generate MIS reports to track progress.
  
• Coordinate cross-departmental activities with vendors, Quality Control, and Supervisory staff.
  
• Lead and develop your team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and efficiency.
  
• Regularly assess the effectiveness of implemented processes and make adjustments as necessary.
  
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of all operational processes and outcomes.
  
• Engage hands-on in fieldwork as necessary to ensure production goals are met.
  

Required Qualifications:

• B.Tech / B.E. in Mechanical, Automobile, or Production Engineering.
  
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in gearbox manufacturing or a similar OEM environment.
  
• Proficiency in ERP systems and strong familiarity with MS Excel and CNC machines.
