Job Description

Support the FP&A with critical reporting activities as well as automating and tie off financial commercial reporting packages.
ACVS SAP profitability daily revenue and margin report by product
Sales and delivery daily reports by brand including intrusion and ACVS businesses
Support R2R groups with rebates monthly R&O tracker as well as solving reconciliation issues
Support FP&A and business groups with ad hoc commercial analysis
Compiling financial information for business reviews
Assist in preparation and loading of forecasts on monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
Operate within established finance procedures
Ensure adequate internal controls are maintained on recurring reporting processes

Requirement and Qualifications :

Minimum 5+ years of work experience in Financial Planning and Analysis or equivalent experience in Accounting/Finance
Graduate degree in finance, data science or business management
Strong data modeling and data visualization skills in Excel and Excel VBA and PowerBI
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to disaggregate issues, identify root causes and recommend solutions
Detail oriented and with ability to work under pressure and mentally resilient
Flexibility, patience, and ability to adapt to dynamic challenges with changing business priorities.
Ability to work effectively with speed, ability to multi task and meet tight deadlines
Desire to accelerate their career path through a challenging and rewarding experience.

FY23 Performance should be minimum “Consistently Meets Expectations” or higher
Employees on active warning letters andin PIP for last 6 months are not eligible to apply
