- Reactive Maintenance

- Preventive and predictive Maintenance

- TPM on bottleneck and critical machine

- RPP, Shop Floor CIP,5 -S and implementation of Poka Yoke

- MAE overhauling / reconditioning

- Industry 4.0 early warning system identification and correction

- Audits and Compliance

BE MECHANICAL

Certificate course / Training on I4.0 / Connectivity will be an added advantage.

3-5 Years experience in CNC machine maintenance, Assembly, Test lines & Furnaces.

• Willingness to work in 3 shifts as FLM in maintenance
• Handling activities with maintenance associates
• Good team player
• Personality: Responsible, assertive, communicative, presentation skills & good team player
• Working Practice: Ability to manage workforce & maintain cordial Industrial Relations. Should be able to resolve conflicts.
• Knowledge: Concepts of Lean manufacturing, Quality tools-Problem solving techniques and systems & ISO9001/QS9000/IATF16949 quality system. ISO14001. Excellent skills in decision making, planning & organization. Knowledge on I4.0 implementation.
• Good to have: Quality tools and Hydraulics / Pneumatic circuit knowledge, Electronics circuit, Ladder diagrams knowledge with analytical and diagnostic skills.
• Flexibility: Must be flexible to work in shifts and areas
