  • Experience in defining Governance for cyber security management system framework based on the standards ISO27001; ISO 21434; and Regulation requirements UNR - 155; UNR - 156; AIS 189; AIS - 190.
  • Experience in defining process, template, checklist and guidelines for risk management based on the best practices and Industry frameworks
  • Expertise in institutionalize the process by providing appropriate training and managing stakeholders
  • Ensure the defined process are continuously assessed to meet the regulation requirements with respect to the domain and technology
  • Experience in defining supplier audit process, KPIs/OKR’s specific to Audits
  • Determine supplier audit scope and develop annual plans
  • Perform and manage the supplier audit cycle
  • Prepare and present reports that reflect audit’s results and document
  • Maintain regular communication with management and audit committee, suppliers
  • Prepare and publish the audit findings along with the Auditor panels
  • Conduct follow up audits to monitor and assess the effective implementations of CAPA
  • Knowledge and experience in ISO21434 and ISO 27001 standards and UNR 155 / 156 or equivalent to AIS - 189 & AIS - 190 requirements
  • Experience in performing risk assessments, understanding security requirements and security concepts
  • Experience in assessing the operations’ effectiveness, and compliance with all applicable requirements and regulations.
  • Drive the development of a proactive Process Cybersecurity and Safety Culture.
  • Analyze the Audit patterns and drive process improvement and deployment of continuous improvement across departments/divisions
  • Actively engage with Internally and supplier to ensure lessons learnt are shared from the identified or reported non-conformities and implement across departments.
  • Engage to continuous knowledge development regarding sector’s rules, regulations, best practices, tools, techniques and standards
  • Support and coordinate external audit / ARAI regulation requirements along with Homologation Team to ensure compliant to vehicle cybersecurity requirements.
