Department OverviewAs a member of our team, you will provide exceptional support and services to System Customers in India during Warranty and for Maintenance Agreements signed. Job Description

As a support specialist, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service to System Customers in India. This will include troubleshooting technical issues, resolving problems, and ensuring that our customers are satisfied with their experience. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and providing regular reports to management. This is a challenging role that requires excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a strong customer service orientation. 



Basic Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field, along with at least 2 years of relevant experience in technical support or customer service. You should have a strong understanding of computer systems and networks, as well as experience with troubleshooting software and hardware issues. Additionally, you should have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
