We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual with a proven track record in directly collaborating with key team members to solve intricate problems. The ideal candidate possesses a strong background in conducting comprehensive user research, extracting valuable insights, and formulating actionable recommendations aimed at enhancing the user experience.

About the Role :
We are searching for an Associate Program Manager for our Test Prep Business- IELTS
The charter for this role will include:
Own the Sales conversion funnel while closely working with the sales team
Build effective sales program basis insights from the conversion funnel and user segment analysis
Drive cross-functional discussions with Product and marketing teams for a quality acquisition.
Implement strategies for the smooth function of the vertical and revenue improvement.
Work closely with the sales training team to launch effective training programs
Ideal Persona:
Should have 2+ years of work experience in fast-paced B2C startups
Strong preference for folks with Edtech, Fintech, Insurtech experience
Strong command of SQL/similar data analysis tools
Experience with building strong processes
Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools
Strong first-principles problem solving
Ability to operate in ambiguity
