About the Role


  • In this opportunity as Associate Application Developer, you will:Develop applications using Angular, React, Node.js, and MongoDB, adhering to best practices and coding standards.
  • Work on the front-end and back-end development of web applications, ensuring seamless user experiences.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement features.
  • Utilize Python to develop AI and machine learning models, integrating them into the applications as required.
  • Participate in the entire software development lifecycle, from planning and design to testing and deployment.
  • Troubleshoot and debug issues, ensuring the robustness and reliability of the applications.
  • Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends, incorporating them into projects where applicable.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders, providing updates on progress and addressing any concerns or feedback.


About You


You’re a fit for the role of Associate Web Developer if your background includes:


  • 6 months experience for Full stack applications development.
  • Completion of relevant AI or machine learning courses from reputable institutions or online platforms such as Coursera, Udacity, or edX, demonstrating a strong foundation in AI concepts including neural networks, deep learning, natural language processing, and computer vision.
  • Practical experience applying AI techniques to real-world problems, either through coursework projects, personal projects, or professional experience, showcasing proficiency in AI model development and deployment.
  • Solid understanding of Python programming language, particularly in the context of developing AI and machine learning models, with the ability to integrate them seamlessly into applications.
  • Familiarity with popular AI frameworks and libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn, and the ability to leverage them effectively in development projects.
  • Proficiency in front-end development technologies such as Angular and React, and back-end development using Node.js, MongoDB, or other NoSQL databases, ensuring end-to-end development capability.
  • Ability to work in an agile development environment, collaborating closely with team members and adapting to changing requirements, while effectively communicating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, supplemented by continuous learning and staying updated on advancements in AI and machine learning through additional coursework, certifications, or self-directed study.
  • Hands-on WordPress experience, including customization with HTML5 and CSS3.
  • Fluency with the Adobe Creative Cloud suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).
  • Basic knowledge of the Search Engine Optimization process
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think outside the box to find solutions to complex problems.
  • Communication skills that ensure stakeholders are up to date on project needs and in the loop on updates, revisions, and changes.
  • Stay plugged into emerging technologies/industry trends and apply them into operations and activities.
