Job Description

  • Ensure ongoing and positive engagement with existing clients.
  • Set and achieve sales targets to boost revenue.
  • Implement strategies to enhance the efficiency of sales operations.
  • Develop and execute effective strategies for sales and marketing within the assigned territory.
  • Utilize data analysis to identify and employ the most efficient sales methods.
  • Address customer concerns and provide tailored solutions.
  • Discover potential sales opportunities through in-depth consumer research.
  • Showcase the company’s products and services to potential customers.
  • Engage in trade shows and promotional events to foster customer relationships.
  • Conduct training programs in sales techniques and product knowledge.
  • Evaluate sales performance based on key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Keep track of and analyze competitor activities within the region.
  • Prepare and submit comprehensive reports to the Territory Manager.

  • Division: ALDS/PCD/Bottling/ Manufacturing
  • Job title: Assistant Territory Manager (ATM)
  • Experience: 4-8 years
  • Educational Qualification: MBA/ PGDM OR Graduate in any discipline with similar Experience
  • Age Criteria: 25-28years
  • Language: English, Hindi, Local Language Preferred
  • Salary: 20K-25K
