Job Title: Account Manager, Injectable Aesthetic


Location: Delhi


Job Description: Manage Account Management activities including Managing Key Stakeholders in Accounts, organizing, developing, and maintaining accounts plan and capable of achieving the Galderma’s sales objectives, under the supervision of the Zonal Business Manager.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Sales Performance and Strategy Development: Set clear sales objectives and strategies for the assigned region in alignment with the overall business unit goals. Provide accurate sales forecasts for the month, demonstrating proficiency in forecasting techniques. Analyze market trends and customer feedback to recommend effective sales strategies.


  • Customer Relationship Management: Managing the top Stake holders of account by regular meeting and regularly reviewing the progress of sales. Regularly engage with healthcare professionals to communicate product information effectively. Develop individualized business growth plans for each customer based on collated information and account goals. Maintain high call frequency and coverage area, ensuring consistent interaction with key stakeholders.


  • Marketing Initiatives and Medical Training: Execute strategic marketing initiatives and medical training activities to drive business growth effectively. Coordinate with CET team for developing training plan for the accounts. Adhere to standard operating procedures (SOPs) for medical training activities in the region. Provide prompt feedback to the marketing team on the effectiveness of promotions and campaigns.


  • Key Account Development and Logistics: Collaborate with key accounts to develop them as users of Galderma products, fostering long-term partnerships. Ensure efficient logistic operations in the region and provide feedback for improvement. Identify and develop Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to advocate for Galderma brands.


  • Cross-Functional Collaboration and Resource Utilization: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, sales, finance, and medical, to leverage organizational resources effectively. Identify customer needs and collaborate with marketing and other teams to develop tailored approaches for optimal territory coverage.


  • Compliance and Professional Development: Maintain compliance with SOPs and company policies and practices, ensuring ethical conduct in all activities. Participate in personal development and training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge. Stay updated on relevant matters including company business, policies, and procedures.


  • Market Analysis and Competitive Monitoring: Analyze competition product usage and activities at accounts, providing insights for strategic decision-making. Monitor market trends and competitor activities regularly to adapt strategies accordingly.


  • Influencing Decision Making and Stakeholder Management: Identify decision-making units within specific accounts and utilize influencing capabilities to facilitate the decision-making process.Manage relationships with key stakeholders effectively to drive business outcomes.


Skills & Qualifications :


  • Account Manager is responsible for managing the Top Management of Accounts by meeting regularly and developing the Joint Business Plan.


  • The Account Manager is responsible for representing the Galderma Aesthetics brands and promote the product portfolio to targeted aesthetic customers within a designated geographical area.


  • Account Manager needs to have good collaboration skills to drive center wise coverage of Accounts by KAM’s


  •  The focus will be on direct selling of products (physician dispensed skincare and skin resurfacing system) and executing pull through programs/events to patients.


  • This is accomplished by utilizing and managing key resources and contributing with high performance selling teams to maximize coverage to targeted customers.


  • The AM provides technical product and procedure expertise, as well as, competitive product differentiation. Assigned sales goals are obtained through creative, consultative selling.


  • The AM leverages Galderma Medical’s resources to enhance adoption of the Aesthetics portfolio. Complies with required reports, requests, and compliance.


  • Education: Science Degree- BSc, B.Pharma, MBA is desired


  • Work Experience: Minimum 6 years continuous experience in selling Aesthetic Derma products, diagnostic equipment’s, high end surgical equipment’s, medical devices and ortho equipment’s
