• Develop and implement visually appealing displays to showcase merchandise effectively.
• Collaborate with store management to understand product assortments, promotions, and trends.
• Ensure visual displays adhere to brand guidelines and maintain consistency across stores.
• Utilize merchandising techniques to enhance sales opportunities and optimize store traffic flow.
• Update displays and signage to reflect new arrivals, promotions, and seasonal themes.
• Monitor and replenish merchandise on the sales floor to maintain presentation standards.
• Train store associates on visual merchandising techniques and brand standards.
• Conduct regular store walkthroughs to assess and improve visual presentation.
• Stay informed about industry trends and market developments to enhance merchandising strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align visual merchandising efforts with business objectives.

We Are Looking For:

• Proven experience in fashion retail visual merchandising, preferably in a similar role.
• Strong creative skills with expertise in design, color, and composition.
• Excellent understanding of fashion trends, consumer behavior, and retail environments.
• Proficiency in visual merchandising tools, techniques, and software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, CAD programs).
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to articulate visual concepts and ideas.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work under tight deadlines.
• Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Knowledge of retail operations and sales principles is advantageous.
• Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Merchandising, Visual Communications, or related field preferred.
