SAP ABAP Team Leader

The Team lead role is to coordinate, supervise and participate in the execution of all activities related to the design, development, implementation, maintenance, upgrade and support of the Information Systems/Software Applications within his or her areas of responsibility. He or she leads (technically and administratively) a team of SAP consultants in one of the SAP areas/modules in a cost effective, efficient, innovative, and timely manner.

• Ensure consistent, high quality application support with outstanding customer service, satisfaction, and timeliness.
• Lead SAP consultants and associates in the areas of his responsibility.
• Provides assistance to it developers on efficient use of the sap system and provides guidance to sap basis administrators

Minimum Experience:

• 7+ years of experience in overseeing the design, development, and implementation of software solutions. 
• 3+ years of experience in leading SAP environment with at least one full implementation cycle.
• Experience in the automotive industry is a significant advantage.
• Experience in SAP IS-Automotive is a plus.
