Amid this exhilarating adventure, we are thrilled to announce our hiring for the role of Relational and Developmental PAL.
About the Job:
A Relational and Developmental PAL conducts one-on-one sessions related to our four programs at PALS. These sessions aim to elevate and enhance the lifestyle of the children we serve weekly. As a PAL, you will work under supervision, receive extensive training related to your role and interests, and have the opportunity to make a significant impact.
More details about the R&D PAL job:

• Conduct Meaningful Sessions: You will have the privilege of conducting one-on-one sessions with multiple children/clients, focusing on specific needs such as emotional and mental health, academic development, social speech, and sensory regulation.
  
• You're Our PAL: As we launch this service, you may collaborate with PALS leadership to create content, conduct research on best practices, and develop curricula (if needed) to enhance your sessions.
  
• Neat Profiles: It's important to keep your profile updated with your availability and service locations. Communication is key, so be proactive in notifying any sudden changes, although we strive to minimize them.
  
• Work Smart, Not Hard: Maintain a clear and organized portfolio for each child you support, regularly reporting to PALS supervisors, and ensuring that your work is on track to achieve its objectives.
  
• Learn, Work, and Grow: Embrace regular training and courses to develop your knowledge and skills, unlocking your full potential in providing exceptional service.
  
• Meet Our Team for Regular Follow-up: You are not alone; you have our support! Meet with our team every week for face-to-face meetings and follow-ups to discuss progress, share insights, and collaborate effectively.
  
• On-Field Training and Collaborations: We collaborate with WeCare on exciting projects that align with PALS. Some sessions may require on-field training, offering you diverse experiences and opportunities for growth.

Our Ideal R&D PAL Would Have/Be :

• High Fluency in English (written and spoken).
• Three years of experience working with children in professional setups such as schools or private tutoring.
• A psychology background is a must, whether through a bachelor's degree, additional accredited diplomas, or a PGCE.
• Eager to Learn and Commit: We seek individuals who are passionate about this journey and committed to personal and professional growth.
• Excellent Time Management and Communication Skills: Efficiently manage your time and communicate effectively with both colleagues and families.
• Flexibility in Displacement and Locations: Be open to travel and work in various locations as required.
