Investor Relations Analyst
Job Description
Establish proactive dialogue with capital market participants, institutional investors, and brokers. Enhance external reporting materials and develop internal reporting materials. Manage market expectations and communicate financial guidance accurately. Expand research coverage and build relationships with analysts and research firms. Enhance corporate image and perception through effective communication strategies. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including EGX regulations. Develop investor relations infrastructure and resources. Manage corporate actions and support management on ad-hoc projects. Develop and enforce corporate governance policies. Prepare sustainability reporting to the Financial Regulatory Authority.
Skills
A bachelor's degree in finance, business, economics, or a related field is required. 1-3 years of Experience Strong understanding of financial concepts, including financial statements, valuation methods, and capital markets. Knowledge of regulatory requirements and reporting standards is also important. Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey complex financial information to investors, analysts, and other stakeholders. Ability to create compelling presentations and reports. Knowledge of the company's industry, competitors, and market dynamics. Ability to stay updated on industry trends and developments that may impact investor perceptions. Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Flexibility to handle multiple tasks and deadlines while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy.
