About the job DTP Specialist

Job Description:


  • Master the use of common DTP tools like Adobe Suite and MS Office tools.
  • Paying attention to minor details.
  • Sharing expertise with colleagues.
  • Complete assigned projects on time and with the quality standard.
  • Able to handle tasks evaluation, preparation, formatting, and delivery.
  • Performing layouts for reports and catalogs, and image correction or manipulation.
  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on a timely basis.
  • Deliver weekly/monthly reports to the direct manager.


Job Requirements:


  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in desktop publishing with 2 years at least in localization companies.
  • Excellent experience in Adobe InDesign, MS Word, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Acrobat is a must.
  • Good experience in MS PowerPoint, and MS Publisher.
  • Experience dealing with different font types.
  • Good knowledge of publishing specifications of page size, binding, trim and Bleeds, and processing formats for color printing.
  • Should have hands-on experience with PDF corrections.
