Job Description

We are seeking a Data Analyst focused on placing the analytics building blocks for Khazna. This highly challenging role will allow you to work alongside world-class professionals to solve for Financial Inclusion. The role will allow you to own the development of operational dashboards and analytics tools to drive strategic insights, support product operations of our different product offerings, build and maintain our data operations, automate operational processes, etc.


You will work closely with our core team to grow the first venture in Egypt.


Your Responsibilities: 


  • Own data collection from different sources including internal and external data sources.
  • Identify and report trends and opportunities for growth through analysis of complex data sets
  • Evaluate internal processes for efficiency, problems, and inaccuracies, developing and maintaining protocols for handling, processing, and cleaning data
  • Develop user experimentation frameworks by using frameworks such as AB Testing
  • Automate manual processes to save man-hours
  • Drive analytical insights through deep dives and dashboard development
  • Build operational frameworks for analyzing growth campaigns
  • Create and maintain rich interactive visualizations through data interpretation and analysis integrating various reporting components from multiple data sources

Qualifications
  • 1-3 years of Experience preferably in Analytics, Finance, Engineering, or Consulting
  • Solid Analytical Skills
  • Technical writing experience in relevant areas, including queries, reports, and presentations
  • Strong SQL and Python skills
  • Experience with BI tools such as Tableau or Looker Studio.
  • Knowledge of JavaScript is a plus
  • Ability to work with uncertainty and deal with tight deadlines
  • A knack for identifying bottlenecks and reporting them
  • Strong stakeholder management skills - i.e. have previously worked with internal and external stakeholders
