Job Summary
We are seeking a talented and experienced Art Director/Senior Graphic Designer to join our team in the 5th Settlement of Cairo. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in event or marketing agencies and possess a keen eye for creating visually compelling event concepts and designs. This role requires a creative thinker who can transform ideas into engaging visual narratives that enhance the overall event experience.
Responsibilities
- Concept Development: Collaborate with the events team to develop creative concepts and visual themes for various events, ensuring alignment with the brand’s vision and objectives.
- Design Execution: Create high-quality graphic designs for event materials, including but not limited to posters, banners, social media graphics, brochures, and signage.
- Visual Branding: Maintain and develop the visual identity for events, ensuring consistency across all platforms and materials.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including marketing, production, and operations, to ensure cohesive and integrated visual communications.
- Trend Analysis: Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to continuously bring fresh and innovative ideas to the table.
- Project Management: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project specifications and deadlines.
- Client Interaction: Occasionally interact with clients to understand their needs and present design proposals.
Requirements Requirements
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in graphic design, preferably within event or marketing agencies.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- Skills:
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design.
- Ability to conceptualize and create visually appealing designs for diverse event themes.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Attention to detail and a strong sense of aesthetics.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
- Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing previous work, particularly in event-related designs.
Preferred Qualifications
- Event Experience: Previous experience working in event agencies or marketing agencies.
- Creative Vision: Ability to develop innovative concepts and bring them to life visually.
- Technical Skills: Knowledge of video editing software and animation tools is a plus.
