The Opportunity:









Responsabilités principales


  • Réaliser et relancer quand nécessaire les offres export pour les clients directs ou pour le compte de nos distributeurs et filiales


  • Saisir et suivre les commandes réalisées, les approvisionnements et la communication clients


  • Coordonner l’organisation et le suivi des expéditions avec les partenaires logistiques


  • Contribuer au classement et à l’archivage des dossiers complets soldés


  • Promouvoir la collaboration avec nos partenaires internes (appro, finance, ADV, logistique…)


Profil recherché


  • De formation Licence Commerce International ou Master, vous disposez d'une première expérience réussie dans le domaine


  • Vous maîtrisez les outils informatiques, notamment le Pack Office (Excel, Word,  Powerpoint…). La connaissance d'un ERP type SAP est un plus


  • Vous connaissez d’ores et déjà la thématique des incoterms et, idéalement, des règles de compatibilités des produits dangereux (type formation IATA – IMDG)


  • Vous vous reconnaissez dans les qualités suivantes : sens du relationnel, rigueur, curiosité, proactivité et esprit d’équipe


  • Vous maîtrisez le français et l’anglais, à l’écrit comme à l’oral
