Job Description Summary



The Center of Excellence Leader (CoE) Leader will be responsible for PT Digital Offering Centre of Excellence –Digital CoE; The selected candidate will be responsible for the end to end process of setting up the CoE, accountable for the P&L of the Center of Excellence as well as driving growth through incremental order intake targets. The Center of Excellence Leader will be responsible to define PT digital offering strategy for existing IB and work with the global teams to serve global markets for digital solutions on GE and Non-GE IB.
The CoE will be coordinating with global digital offering team on new products/Solutions and push for digital offerings to extend lifecycle and enhance customer asset’s reliability, security and experience.
The CoE Leader will work hand in hand with the global product management, R&D, Engineering functions to align new offering and push them commercially in MEA region and global markets. The successful candidate will be given defined targets and KPIs on orders, sales, cash and profitability. In this role, you are expected to work in harmony with other stakeholders including sales, tendering, engineering, FSE and PMs to achieve CoE outcomes.
The role is open to be based in Algeria, Morocco, Tunisia or Egypt and expected to maintain a good working relationship with the MEA team, and customers.

Roles and Responsibilities



Full responsibility of the CoE P&L including New Solutions Introduction, commercialization, order intake, sales, cost and profitability Ensure safety, productivity, and quality in all operations. (SQDC) Coordinate Center of excellence for Digital solutions and services operations to meet business demands and ensuring strategic connections with all stakeholders. Connect corporate strategic objectives to regional and local functional plans and initiatives. Define and architect, deploy scalable planning solutions and best practices across the enterprise. Partner with the business to build models that enable future-state planning processes and enhance customer overall experience through complementing product offering with digital capabilities. Identify opportunities to transform business processes to unlock growth potential through new offering with solid value to customers. Coordinate with factories on digital add-ons implementations on green projects. Integrate digital capabilities as part of active maintenance programs and manuals. IB management: coordinate with the regions and factories IB data integrity, investigate potential for new digital solutions. Overall responsible to deliver projects for new digital solutions offerings. Ensure executing projects maintaining and promoting safety, quality, delivery, and cost. Report on P&L KPIs monthly to ensure achieving and exceeding given targets.

Required Qualifications



Bachelor’s Degree in electrical engineering or similar engineering principle 10 years in engineering/technical and/or commercial relevant industry experience Excellent leadership skills with technical, tendering and sales background Excellent people management and stakeholder management skills R&D, manufacturing backgrounds are necessary for the role Fluent in French, Arabic and English Solid experience in working in multi-function matrix organization Solid record of success with challenging targets in multinational organization Ability to work with different people from different cultural background Ability to identify and handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
