Machine Operators

We are currently seeking fresh energetic Machine Operators to join our production team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operating various types of industrial production lines and equipment, with a focus on safety, efficiency, and quality. As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining machines to ensure smooth production processes and meet production targets.

Responsibilities:

1. Set up machines according to specifications, ensuring proper calibration and alignment.
2. Operate machines to perform tasks such as cutting, shaping, drilling, and grinding.
3. Monitor machine operations to detect any malfunctions or defects.
4. Perform regular maintenance and cleaning of machines to ensure optimal performance.
5. Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy, making adjustments as necessary.
6. Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
7. Record production data and maintain accurate documentation of machine operations.
8. Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient workflow and meet production targets.
9. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during machine operation.
10. Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in machine technology.

Preferred Candidate:

1. Prior experience as a Machine Operator or similar role.
2. High school diploma or equivalent.
3. Strong mechanical aptitude and understanding of machine operations.
4. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
5. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
6. Good communication and teamwork abilities.
7. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
8. Flexibility to work in shifts, including nights and weekends.
9. Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects.
10. Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures.
