Job Description
- Assisting in creating company accounting records in compliance with regulations and preparing relevant financial statements accordingly,
- Assisting in ensuring the company’s tax and other financial obligations are met accurately and on time,
- Reporting to external bodies such as the Capital Markets Board (SPK),
- Preparing routine financial records on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis,
- Managing processes with vendors, collecting payments, and conducting reconciliations,
- Calculating and making tax payments (Monthly Withholding, BSMV, VAT, Stamp Duty, BA, Provisional Tax, and Corporate Tax),
- Conducting daily or monthly reconciliations for active banks,
- Completing period-end closing controls and reconciliations.
Technical Skills
- Graduated from relevant university departments,
- At least 4 years of experience in brokerage accounting,
- Proficient in SPK regulations,
- Holding one of the SPK Licenses Level 1, Level 2, or Level 3,
- Knowledgeable in Brokerage Financial Institutions Accounting and Capital Markets operations,
- Able to work in coordination with different departments,
- Advanced user of MS Office programs with strong written and verbal communication skills,
- Team-oriented with strong analytical thinking skills,
- Adaptable to a dynamic working environment with a disciplined and planned approach,
- Strong skills in reporting, analysis, and time management.
